Outside the clinic

Away from physiotherapy, Alex keeps active with her three energetic boys. You’ll often find her trail‑running, camping, or flowing through a Pilates session—activities that keep her grounded and inspire her holistic, movement‑centred approach to patient care.

Alex’s greatest satisfaction comes from empowering clients to understand their bodies, overcome pelvic floor challenges, and return confidently to the activities they love.
