Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for Complete Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy states that we require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation. If a client answers yes to a text or confirm verbally and fails to attend; a “no show” will be charged for Physiotherapy of $60.00.

Clients who fail to attend 3 appointments will require payment upfront for any subsequent appointments booked. Pre-payment can be made via credit card over the phone at the time the appointment is made in the clinic.
