Initial Consultation (1 hour) = $195

Initial Pensioner/Healthcare Card Holder (1 hour) = $180

Subsequent Consultations (1/2 hour) = $97.50

Subsequent Pensioner/Healthcare Card Holder (1/2 hour) = $90

Payment is required at the time of consultation.

Private Patients: Patient’s with ancillary private health insurance can use the HICAPS system to claim on the spot for Physiotherapy.

Veteran’s Affairs: Veteran’s Affairs gold card clients need only present their gold card with a current referral for direct billing. White Card holders need approval before any consultation. Complete Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy can assist in the approval process.

WorkCover or Third Party: WorkCover and third party claimants where liability has been accepted or the claim has been approved by the employer are billed to the appropriate source. On your first appointment written approval is not needed, however you will be required to pay the consultations until written approval is received.

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM): This scheme was previously referred to as The Enhanced Primary Care Plan or EPC. Clients who are on a Chronic Disease Management Plan are billed at the current Pensioner/Healthcare Card Holder fee. Clients can claim on the spot if they bring their Debit card and Medicare card with them to the appointment.
